1. General Introduction
Welcome to 6 tk. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you and the 6 tk platform. By using the 6 tk website or mobile app, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 6 tk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the platform.

2. Account Register
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register on 6 tk. Account registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. We may request a national ID or other government-issued document to verify your age.

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in your account being closed at any time and your deposited funds being forfeited. Each individual may only register one account.

3. Payments & Deposits
6 tk supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. You can make deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
3.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposit
- Minimum deposit: BDT 50
- Maximum per transaction: BDT 50,000
- Maximum daily deposit: BDT 200,000

3.2 Payment Verification
For large deposits, 6 tk reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures. In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, we may request information about the source of funds when necessary. 6 tk is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions.

4. Withdrawal Policy
To withdraw winnings from 6 tk, you must first complete identity verification. Withdrawals will not be approved without it.
4.1 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

- Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 100,000
- Usually processed within 1–24 hours
- Withdrawals may only be made to a registered payment method
4.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement). The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
5.2 Bonus Terms & Conditions
- Only one bonus applies per deposit
- Bonuses have a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
- Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed
- 6 tk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 6 tk shall be considered final.
6. Gaming Rules
All games on 6 tk run on internationally recognised RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This ensures that every game result is completely fair and free from manipulation.
6.1 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes are determined by the server and are final. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded. However, any issues caused by network connectivity are entirely the user's own responsibility.
6.2 Betting Limits
- Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits

- Different limits apply in Sports Betting depending on the event
- 6 tk may adjust betting limits at any time
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6 tk platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Registering using a false identity or fraudulent information
- Attempting to abuse the bonus system
- Attempting to manipulate games using software or bots
- Collusion or coordinating bets with other members
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
- Harassment or abusive behaviour toward other members
If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account and any pending withdrawals until an investigation is complete.

11. Legal Matters & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.
11.1 Limitation of Liability
6 tk shall not be held liable for the following:
- If a game is disrupted due to the user's own network issues
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services
- Unexpected technical errors or server downtime
- If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence
11.2 Dispute Resolution Process
If a dispute arises, contact our support team first. The team will aim to provide an initial resolution within 48 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, it will be escalated to senior management. 6 tk's decision shall be final in the resolution of all disputes.
The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions is the original document. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
